Meditation focus:
- look, but don’t think , if you think, you can’t see. Training to allow one to experience the space between mind and consciousness, past present or future. Identifying ones true existence in this world
- Look, focus, balance the centre, then take a picture. Training to open ones original instinctual senses – vision, smell, taste, hearing and embrace them as one – Shi Shen ( 识神)light of awareness. This in turn helps us to open our micro cosmic orbit.
- To allow one to experience the existence of different diametric realities
Dragon meets Phoenix – the moments of fascia and wi dance
Movement focus:
- Transfer our meditation experiences into movements. Training to allow ones instinctual senses to embrace the body’s fascia, to generate the movement of the Dragon
- Experience unity with ones tangible and intangible experience, awakening ones pneumonic breath, to invite the dragon to meet the phoenix, the dance of the qi, the dance of the shadow
