Featuring an exquisite lineup of teachers, visionaries, musicians and healers who have dedicated their lives to sharing their particular inspiration.  Set at the sublime location, Paradise One, 15 minutes from Byron Bay and Mullumbimby.  The venue is ideally suited for a deep immersion into collective alchemy of body, mind and spirit.  With daily Yoga, 5Rhythms Dance, Chanting, Bodywork, Satsang and Breathwork, the Spirit Retreat will create harmony in being as well as allow you to connect with other like minded souls.

Our music is a fusion of various cultural musical influences including our native Maori language and Sanskrit. We perform a tranquil blend of traditional kirtan as well as original music, delivering an uplifting and engaging performance.

Our creative inspiration is the desire to bring people of all cultures together in unconditional love through music and community. We believe there is no separation between ourselves and the audience.

Through her passion for embodied movement Jo Cobbett has been offering weekly classes and workshops since 1994 in Los Angeles and around the world. Jo has trained in 5Rhythms®; Waves & Heartbeat maps, and in Open Floor™, Soul Motion™, Continuum Montage™ among other embodied movement modalities.
A visual artist by background, Jo now prefers painting with music and the landscapes of the dancers she moves. Each opportunity is unique and inspiring. Join her on her 13th trip to Australia where she has held annual workshops since 2004 teaching from Fremantle to Byron Bay and most points between.
This movement meditation practice is ecstatically fulfilling and compelling, with mindfulness as a foundation, it is the most exhilarating way to Sweat Your Prayers™.

Christabel is a trainer and life-coach with 13 years of experience empowering people to leadership. She is the creator of an ecstatic breathing practice called Breath of Bliss, an experience that helps people feel more aliveness, presence and love. It incorporates movement, touch, sharing and breath. Christabel is passionate about training breath workers who want to share from the heart. She has been featured in Dr.Oz, Live with Regis and Kelly, Time, Prevention, Shape, Cosmopolitan, Shape and hundreds of other media outlets. Gwyn has spent 15 years effectively combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with Yoga, utilising this within his martial arts and AcroYoga teachings. More recently his style called Zenthai Flow has evolved to create a trilogy of yoga asana, partner flows and therapeutic bodywork woven together through the 5 elements of Chinese Medicine. His book ‘ The Zen of touch ‘ is known in alternative healing circles throughout the world and is well utilised in the acro yoga community .

Louisa Sear is the Founder, Director and course coordinator of Yoga Arts. Louisa has been practicing Yoga for 35 years and teaching nationally and internationally for over 26 years. Louisa and the Yoga Arts’ teaching faculty bring their passion and many years of experience to their internationally accredited Yoga Teacher Trainings and Yoga Retreats. Louisa holds the highest level of Accreditation with Yoga Alliance E-RYT500.
