How do I apply to have a stall at the festival?

Can I apply to volunteer at the festival?
Our volunteer application will open February 1st, 2018

When will I find out if my application has been accepted?
Artist/presenter/performer applications will be processed and confirmed via email by November 31st.

Stall holder applications will be processed and confirmed via email by January 15, 2018.

Volunteer applications will be processed and confirmed via email by February 31st. (Please note we have extremely limited volunteer positions so please consider purchasing a ticket at the Early Bird rate to avoid disappointment.)

What is included in a ticket? Full access to all workshops, presentations, performance for both the day and night of the full 3 days of the event.   The Festival ticket does NOT include participation in the Masterclasses offered on the Monday after the Festival.

Can I purchase a day only ticket? Not at the moment, there are only full weekend tickets available now. Closer to the event, there will be a limited number of single day tickets available if the event is not already sold out.

Can I bring children and is there a child rate? It is a family friendly event.  Children under 12 are FREE. 12-18year old passes are available for 50% of the full ticket price. Most of the workshops will not be appropriate for very young children, but anyone who is mature enough to sit in a yoga class is old enough for the event.  The Spirit Village will be free access to the public so no need to purchase a ticket unless the person is attending the workshop program and night events. There will be a kids area in the Spirit Village will a program of workshops for younger children who must be accompanied by an adult.

What are the festival hours each day?
The Spirit Village will be open 11.00am – 6.00pm (Friday) and 9:00am – 6:00pm (Saturday – Sunday)
Classes will run 8:00am – 5:30pm daily
Evening performances will be 6:30 – 10:00pm daily

How do I get to the festival?
The main Festival will be hosted at the Cavanbah Centre in Byron Bay, located on Ewingsdale Road, about 2.5 km from the Pacific Highway exit.  The Cavanbah Centre is 3km from Byron Bay centre.  We will also host additional workshops and the evening concerts at Elements of Byron which is located at the end of Bayshore Drive.

Will parking be provided?
There is plenty of parking at the Cavanbah Centre. We will have a bike hire service available and a shuttle bus to take you between Cavanbah and Elements of Byron. Details to be advised closer to the festival.

Will there be camping or other accommodation available?
There is no camping avaialble at the Festival, though there are various campgrounds within 1km of the Festival site. More information coming soon

Will there be food and markets stalls? Yes, our Spirit Village, which is free of charge to enter, will provide a wide range of delicious, healthy food options and a kaleidoscope of colourful market stalls selling handmade and holistic wares.

Will be a child-minding service? No, you must look after your child.

Can I bring my pets? No please be kind to the festival and your pets and leave them at home.
